Hi! My name is Irene. I have lived in the Houston area with my husband Jess since 2015. I have three kids of my own Lukas (20) Allison (19) and Kennedy (16). My husband has blessed me with his two children, Shelby (21) Nathan (19). They have all supported me on my fitness journey, which has turned into a lifestyle change over the years. I started at Studio Bee in 2021 with just yoga but quickly fell in love with all of the classes. A huge part that kept me coming and encouraged is the amazing community (family) that we have here :) When we started Crossfit, it sparked an immediate interest, which has led me to recently get my L1 Crossfit certification. I am excited to teach and help others grow while continuing to grow myself. My roots and original love of yoga have inspired me to pursue my yoga certification next! Can't wait to see you!”
